Liability
I release Hike Club from liability for the inherent risks above, my own choices, and acts of nature. This does not apply to gross negligence by Hike Club staff and does not limit my rights under Spanish consumer protection law.

Insurance
Hike Club holds civil liability insurance with Berkley España. This covers our operations within the policy's terms, but is not personal travel insurance for you.
Photo consent
We sometimes use photos and video from hikes on our website and Instagram. You agree to this when you sign. You can withdraw consent any time by emailing privacy@hike-club.com.
Governing law
This waiver is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the competent courts of Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.
Cancellation
48+ hours before your hike = full refund. Under 48 hours = no refund. Email hello@hike-club.com to cancel or reschedule.
